We are recruiting a Mixologist with a minimum of 2yrs experience. We are a newly refurbished 4* hotel near the centre of York and we have an amazing new & refurbished bar too! This means we need a fresh new face to go behind it!
We are looking for a full-time mixologist who knows their Martini from their Mojito. This role will also include the possibility to move to bar supervisor for the right person.

We are looking for a Full time cook, talented & eager to support the Head Chef and senior Sous chefs develop the Gourmet Bar, both in terms of quality and revenue. Our objective is for the Gourmet Bar to become a reference for our guests in terms of breakfast and in terms of dining experience in York. The position is open for Commis and cooks eager to develop into a Chef de Partie position.
